Product Manager – I

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and drive key initiatives across the BoltPe payments ecosystem. In this role, you will work across engineering, business, operations, compliance, and design teams to deliver powerful, user-centric experiences for consumers and merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for your modules within BoltPe.
• Identify opportunities through user research, analytics, and market insights.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, plan sprints, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with compliance and security teams to satisfy regulatory requirements (RBI, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Launch new features, measure performance, and iterate based on feedback.
• Define and track product KPIs, metrics, and adoption trends.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to align technology, business, and user needs.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, UPI, wallets, merchant workflows, or onboarding.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business).
• User-first mindset with an obsession for clean, intuitive experiences.

Good to have

• Experience with API-based integrations, PSP systems, or payments infrastructure.
• Prior exposure to PCI-DSS or fintech compliance.
• Startup experience or launching 0-to-1 products.
